Institute presentation
The Tics and Neuro-Developmental Movements service (TANDeM) at Evelina Children’s Hospital offers an assessment and intervention service within an interdisciplinary model. The service is paediatric neurology led and sits within a busy tertiary neuroscience centre and includes services from clinical nurse specialist, child and adolescent psychiatrist and clinical psychologists. Liaison with local services is integral to the model. Teaching, training and research is also incorporated into the service model. Dr Tammy Hedderly who leads the team has an additional interest in Autism Spectrum Disorders and also works as an acute neurologist.
